Welcome to Stealth AI Browser. By downloading, installing, or using our software and web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. License Grant & Software Access

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and execute Stealth AI Browser on desktop devices running supported versions of Microsoft Windows.

2. Call Credits & Subscription Rules

1 Credit = 1 Hour Session: 1 Usage Credit entitles you to 60 minutes (3,600 seconds) of live speech transcription and AI assistant response streaming.
Credits Never Expire: Purchased credit packs remain in your account balance indefinitely until consumed during active sessions.
10-Minute Free Trial: Every newly registered user account receives a complimentary 10-minute trial period (600 seconds) to test software functionality.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Web Browser Utility in compliance with all applicable local software, privacy, and intellectual property laws. You are solely responsible for your software configuration and usage.

4. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, trade secrets, native window protection implementations, and brand assets belong exclusively to the software developers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network interruptions.
